We always ship by air, also we have agent to check the best price arrange ship. such us DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX or Direct line to your country. Or If you have the courier account, we can ship by your account. Some supplier want to ship by sea, it’s also okay.

We always support by TT, 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipping. Also can support by Western Union or PayPal or Alibaba.

Lead time mainly depend on the materials used, process and quantity of your order, It takes approximately 7-10 days for the sample and 15 working days for the mass production. If your order is very urgent, we will try our best to meet your needs.

As different materials and process have different costs, we cannot tell you exactly how much the molding fee would be at this time, we have to confirm the material and size and quantity to check the mold cost. A standard mold cost for a normal size is generally from $60 - $125 USD of each design. For the sticker, nickel or PVC sticker there is no need mold cost.

Yes we can offer you the sample for your quality check. But there will be a mold cost and shipping cost that you are required to pay. When your order quantity reach 5,000-10.000 pcs within a 2 years (depends of the size of the product), the mold cost will be refund. If you need a similar sample that we made, we will offer this by free, but the freight cost will not be included.

1.Kindly send us your original logo or design. (format in ai, pdf, EPS, CDR would be better).

2.Tell us your idea or the requirement about the nameplate, and drawing will be sent to you accordingly.

3.Drawing, process and quantity confirmed, and exact price will be offered.

4.Will arrange PI after confirmed the price.

5.Mass production will start once we got the deposit. And pictures of the goods will be sent after the goods are finished. The goods are confirmed and pay the balance before shipping.
